SAFETY POLICY Jiwan Builders is a reputed construction company in northern India, it is engaged in civil, structural and other allied services with associated equipments & specialist contracting support. At Jiwan Builders Safety has always been the first and has been integrated into all work practices. Based on our extensive experience, we have also developed safety standards that form a comprehensive Environmental and Safety management system applicable to all our projects. Site, work and operations management at all levels have a particular important role in maintaining standards in view of the hazardous working environment under their control. Every JB subcontractor and partner is asked to adopt our safety Policy. Our safety policy ensures:
QUALITY POLICY The Management understands that the Q.C. activities in order to be truly effective has to ensure a progressively improve and uniform quality work. Experience gained over years indicate that "Process Control" is essential in building construction to ensure that work in different phases is executed in a predetermined manner and laid down in specifications. In order to achieve the above, among other things, availability of adequately equipped technical staff for exercising quality control, periodical appraisal of quality for effecting possible improvement is provided for by the company. |
