The following points need to taken into consideration:

1) We can setup the golf simulator indoors only. The simulator cannot be placed in an area with direct sunlight.

2) We would require free space of 22 ft x 14 ft x 10 ft (L x B x H).

3) Installation and testing will require 7 to 8 Hours. (before the actual event)

4) Electricity shall be provided by the client and shall be free of charge.

Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total rental fee is to be paid 21 days prior to the date of the event. The remaining 90% is to be paid before dispatch of the simulator from Gurgaon. Please note that the DD should be in favour of "HKR Holdings".

Confirmation:

A signed confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental fee should be made to iGOLF, no later than 21 days prior to the date of the event. An event will be considered confirmed when iGOLF confirms receipt of payment via phone, fax, and/or email. Failure to comply with the 21 day limit will exempt iGOLF from any and all commitments.

Conditions:

In the event iGOLF is unable to meet its portion of the commitment due to any unforeseeable events any deposit or advance payment shall be returned to the renter in full.

Responsibilities:

iGOLF will be responsible for the following:

1. One golf simulator.

2. One golf trainer cum operator for operating the golf simulator and one assistant for setting up and taking down of the golf simulator.

Renter will be responsible for the following:

1. Payment of Rental Charges and other expenses.
